Key Responsibilities:
- Partner as a trusted strategic advisor to GPS, R&D, and Medical teams; provide competitive intelligence support for assigned brands/programs across relevant market and competition areas.
- Collect and synthesize internal/external data to deliver proactive, timely, actionable competitive insight; develop holistic and predictive competitor landscape assessments using robust CI sources and innovative methodologies.
- Make critical recommendations based on current and future competitive drivers; propose additional analysis across the asset life cycle; integrate CI deliverables into commercialization stage gates (brand planning, forecasting, evidence generation, and strategic decision making).
- Rapid Key Event Coverage: direct coverage of key events; integrate, consolidate, and rapidly communicate analyses; develop systems/processes for fast response to ad hoc analysis.
- Congresses: lead CI planning/coverage for key congresses; ensure preparedness, align on-site activities, consolidate and disseminate post-congress insights.
- CI Capabilities: help evolve best-in-class CI capabilities and increase CI value.
- Indirect Team: manage workflow and coach supporting resources to deliver maximum value.
- External Research: engage third-party agencies as appropriate and ensure activities follow GSK compliance/ethical business practices.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, strategy consultancy, or financial institution
- Competitive intelligence experience in pharma or relevant healthcare CI/investment/consulting environment
- Strong understanding of medicine/vaccine development and commercialization (preclinical through marketing) and pharma/vaccine business practices
- Ability to condense complex information into clear deliverables
- Experience working in matrix environments building relationships across functions, seniority, and geographies

Preferred Qualifications:
- Ph.D. (Science)
- Deep understanding of multiple vaccines indications
- Commercial experience in pharma (global/regional, marketing, sales, etc.)
- Proven ability to challenge, influence, and support senior stakeholders
