Role Summary
Compensation Analyst
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit compensation surveys
- Create and review salary ranges
- Perform job evaluations including matching new roles to surveys and providing level recommendations
- During annual global compensation planning, provide overall project support to the Compensation Team and Human Resource Business Partners
- May assess and analyze local competitive market data trends and how it applies to Bausch Health
- Administer equity programs
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree required
- Minimum 2 years of compensation experience
- Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills are required
- Detail and action oriented. Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Equity Administration experience is preferred
- Experience with Success Factors is a plus but not required
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Hybrid work schedule, 3 days in the Bridgewater, NJ office and 2 days remote
