Main Responsibilities:
- Drive sales by optimizing care pathways and ensuring formulary access for cross-lysosomal storage disease (xLSD) patients.
- Grow and expand the rare disease business in the assigned region; build and execute account-specific plans.
- Achieve and exceed patient sales targets.
- Identify growth opportunities through lead/trigger follow-up; work with the Commercial Strategic Account Director (CSAD) to co-create customer value account plans and execution metrics.
- Engage community prescribers and use digital leads to find undiagnosed patients and educate prescribers to refer diagnosed, untreated patients.
- Build and maintain relationships with a diverse network of healthcare providers; educate targeted providers on the benefits of Sanofiโs portfolio.
- Develop and communicate scientific understanding of xLSDs and product offerings; build awareness of signs/symptoms (including family trees).
- Educate on diagnosis pathway, diagnostic tests, and free testing programs.
- Communicate clinical benefits, efficacy, safety, reimbursement, and product administration; emphasize adherence and compliance.
- Support referral networks by encouraging referrals to appropriate specialists.
- Collaborate across functions and travel as needed to meet with key stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical sales experience with proven results.
- Strategic sales thinker; ability to analyze complex market situations and develop innovative solutions.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Experience in rare diseases or specialized therapeutic areas.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and executive presence.
