About the Role
- Leads global product and pipeline communications for a late-stage inflammation asset in psoriasis, supporting Takeda’s expanding inflammation pipeline (psoriatic arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, vitiligo, hidradenitis suppurativa, and additional immune-mediated diseases).
- Hybrid: onsite in Cambridge, MA two (2) days/week (or eight (8) days/month minimum).

How you will contribute
- Direct global internal and external communications for immunology/inflammation pipeline programs.
- Develop and execute global milestone-specific communication plans (material/message development, launch toolkits, congress communications, media relations, digital/social, quarterly investor messaging).
- Partner with Patient Advocacy, Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, and country/regional teams to maintain a consistent narrative and strategy.
- Lead communications for pre-launch activities and data/regulatory milestones (scenario planning and strategy).
- Provide strategic support and counsel as part of global program teams.
- Advise countries/regions on inflammation program issues and issue management.
- Create global disease awareness programs.
- Advise on communications for major global medical congresses (liaising with R&D and medical communication teams).
- Develop internal messaging for major brand/pipeline milestone announcements.
- Manage global PR agency partner and oversee asset communications budget.

Compensation and Benefits (as stated)
- U.S. base salary range: $177,000–$278,080.
- May be eligible for short-term/long-term incentives.
