Role Summary

Commercialization Excellence Lead for the Sanofi Integrated Launch Capabilities (SILC) organization. Location: Cambridge, MA. The role focuses on defining and maintaining commercialization standards, driving cross-functional collaboration, and shaping strategies to enhance brand growth and performance across markets.

Responsibilities

  • Setting global commercialization standards: Develop key commercialization standards across commercial, access, and medical; define excellence in areas such as marketing/brand strategy, market development, market shaping, omnichannel excellence, and GTM design; ensure consistent application of best practices across products and regions; leverage internal and external insights to refresh standards.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management: Foster collaboration with Marketing and Sales, Medical, Market Access, and Corporate Affairs; build and maintain stakeholder relationships; collect and disseminate strategic insights to senior management; act as the interface between functions to ensure smooth execution and develop business cases when needed.

Qualifications

  • Required: Experience leading a brand or business unit in the pharmaceutical industry, with proven marketing strategy, brand positioning, product launches, and go-to-market experience.
  • Required: Track record of leading cross-functional teams and partnering with stakeholders across commercial, medical, and analytics functions.
  • Required: Expertise in optimizing brand performance through data-driven insights, decision making, and commercial excellence activities.
  • Required: Experience leading organization-wide commercialization efforts and ensuring business alignment between stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Brand or launch experience in the US market or international markets specific to specialty launches.
  • Education: Advanced degree in Business Analytics, Market Research, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Languages: Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
