As a member of the Greater China Commercial Training & Enablement team, the Commercial Training & Enablement Specialist is responsible for the E2E management of commercial training courses and workshops, overseeing enablement initiatives, and facilitating internal communications. Additionally, this individual acts as a consultant supporting designated business groups and collaborates closely with CCO, CSO, HR (including HRBP, Staffing, and Learning & Development), Commercial Operations, Global Sourcing, Digital Channel, Field Marketing, WPS, Legal, and Enterprise Communications in executing various processes, projects, and programs. Responsibilities Oversee Commercial training and learning programs, encompassing both technical and non-technical competency development, management of training courses and workshops, onboarding processes for CSO new hires, and administration of training content on digital platforms. Collaborate with business groups to establish or enhance competency models for specific Service roles and manage the associated competency assessment procedures. Lead or contribute to Service enablement initiatives. Manage digital platforms including e-culture, e-learning, and SharePoint, as well as develop and maintain content across these platforms. Coordinate the delivery of training events and manage the reading-corner resources. Service as a key contact with the CSO leadership team for communication initiatives, including branding narratives and customer impact stories. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent. 3–5 years of relevant work experience required. Project management experience is essential. Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English are necessary for collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and global peers. Extensive experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital tools; SharePoint platform management experience is an advantage. Ability to work independently, demonstrate a proactive attitude, possess strong learning capabilities, and maintain enthusiasm for delivering results under pressure. Travel is required as part of the training program. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
