What You'll Do
- Help shape the strategy for BridgeBioβs commercial launch of Attruby and three expected upcoming launches.
- Partner with Commercial stakeholders and cross-functionally across BridgeBio and affiliate companies.
- Prepare materials for company leadership and Board of Directors.
- Lead key cross-functional strategic initiatives and serve as a strategic thought partner to the CCO.

Responsibilities
- Organize and interpret incoming data; discuss strategic analysis findings with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Define/lead strategic initiatives.
- Review case studies and literature on best practices.
- Challenge assumptions and improve how work is done in service of the patient mission.
- Respond to urgent issues; coordinate cross-functional efforts.
- Evaluate, build, and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
Qualifications / Skills (Who You Are)
- Passion for delivering life-changing treatments to patients.
- Familiarity with drug discovery, development, and commercialization; experience on commercial projects.
- Proven technical and business acumen; structured, analytical problem-solving.
- Ability to handle multiple projects; work independently and with diverse teams.
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
- Expertise in ChatGPT/Claude, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to synthesize complex topics and conduct in-depth modeling (including NPVs).
- 3β6+ years biopharma business development/operations/strategy experience.
- 2β3 years in a top-tier professional services firm (consulting or banking) strongly preferred.
- Graduate degree preferred.
Where Youβll Work
- In-person: 4β5 days/week split between Palo Alto, CA and San Francisco, CA.
- Domestic/international travel as required.

- Salary range: $230,000β$270,000 USD.
