Commercial RNA DS Manufacturing Co-op

The Manufacturing Team at Sarepta Therapeutics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented co-op student.

Responsibilities:
- Gain hands-on experience balancing routine manufacturing operations with project-based initiatives, focusing on compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to design and build reporting frameworks tracking manufacturing execution and project workstreams (e.g., validations, tech transfers, quality system initiatives) using Veeva
- Define, monitor, and report key metrics and performance indicators to support compliance and operational decision-making; help evolve toward more automated, scalable reporting
- Drive project-based work independently by managing activities and deliverables within Veeva; gain exposure to project management, cross-functional collaboration, and initiative lifecycle management
- Partner with technical mentors to build foundational skills in reporting, systems, and coding

Program Timeline:
- 6-month co-op: July 13, 2026 to December 18, 2026; full-time, 40 hours/week

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate (Junior/Senior) or graduate student pursuing Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or other life-science related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with cGMP and cGDP (plus)

Work setup:
- Hybrid; expected to work on-site at a U.S. facility and/or attend in-person company-sponsored events
