Commercial Quality Management Systems (CQMS) Execution Director

Role: Commercial Quality Management Systems (CQMS) Execution Director responsible for strategic leadership and execution of Commercial Quality QMS, including Product Traceability and Labeling Controls, across Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. Responsibilities: oversee QMS governance, drive risk-based quality management, optimize processes through standardization and digital tools, and foster a quality-centric culture. Lead local and regional teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders such as Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Medical Affairs, and ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and international standards. Provide coaching and develop a high-performing, diverse team. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Science or relevant technical/quality discipline; 10+ years in regulated healthcare industries with at least 5 years in Quality Systems management; experience in pharmaceutical or medtech sectors; strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO 13485, and risk management; excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred: expertise in U.S. Quality System Regulations, process optimization, digital enablement, and global compliance.
