Commercial Quality Management Systems (CQMS) Execution Director

Role: Commercial Quality Management Systems (CQMS) Execution Director responsible for strategic leadership and execution of QMS governance, product traceability, and labeling controls within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. Responsibilities: oversee local and regional QMS processes, promote risk-based and harmonized quality practices, manage process optimization initiatives, and lead cross-functional collaborations with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement and digital enablement, foster quality culture, and develop global teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field; 10+ years in regulated healthcare industries, with at least 5 years in Quality Systems management; extensive knowledge of GMPs, FDA, ISO 13485, and risk management. Preferred: advanced degrees, proven leadership, compliance expertise, experience with enterprise standards, and digital tools. High-Value: focus on pharmaceutical or medtech Quality Management, global/regulatory interface, and experience with GxP, labeling, and product traceability.
