Commercial Operations Co-op

Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance dashboards and reports aligned with defined business rules.
- Perform data validation and testing to ensure reporting accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
- Support field operations through system management and optimization (e.g., Veeva).
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Document data definitions, business logic, and operational processes by creating/maintaining SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in life sciences (Chemistry, Biology, or related).
- Experience with data analytics, BI tools (e.g., Tableau), and coding in SQL.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Program/Work Details:
- 6-month co-op: July 13, 2026–December 18, 2026; full-time, 40 hours/week.
- Hybrid; expected to work on-site at U.S. facilities and attend in-person events from time to time.

Compensation:
- Targeted salary range: $22–$34 per hour (based on education and role).
