What Youโ€™ll Do
- Participate in formulating and administering sales policies, strategies, and tactical goals.
- Promote assigned product lines throughout the Northeast region.
- Assist the DOS in reviewing/analyzing sales and marketing activities, operational performance, and forecast data.
- Support execution of regional commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer retention.
- Attend surgical cases with distributor representatives to support proper product utilization and clinical success.
- Serve as a subject matter resource in surgical and clinical environments.
- Obtain and forward revision information and documentation to the Quality & Regulatory team.
- Collaborate with distributors to deliver sales messages and drive commercial success.
- Organize and participate in distributor sales training and product education initiatives.
- Partner with distribution teams on product positioning and regional strategic initiatives.
- Develop and manage a high-performing regional distributor base.
- Collaborate to win, develop, and retain major key accounts.
- Develop and maintain KOL relationships in orthopedic and sports medicine (regional and national).
- Support trade shows, medical education programs, and key distributor-sponsored events.
- Responsible for vendor clearance credentialing requirements.
- Support additional duties/projects as assigned.

What You Bring
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Life Sciences, Business Management, or equivalent.
- Ability to travel ~75%+ throughout the Northeast territory.

Nice to Have
- 5+ years orthopedic surgical/medical device sales management/leadership.
- KOL relationship ownership; distributor network development; metrics-driven commercial acumen.
- Experience with forecasting and regional sales performance metrics.
- Preferred residence in NY or Boston metro.
