Commercial Finance Senior Analyst (Jacksonville, FL)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Selling functional area budgets (Commissions, Sales Force, Selling Home Office) and partner with commercial sales/business ops to develop strategy, perform value analysis, and meet financial commitments.
- Use Insight, Tableau, SAP, and Anaplan/AFO to build robust analytics and forecasting tools that drive valuable insights and efficient, compliant processes.
- Lead financial analytics development for new commercial initiatives and e-commerce strategies.
- Complete monthly and quarterly close responsibilities accurately.
- Ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required (Finance or Accounting preferred). MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred.
- Required Experience/Skills:
- 3+ years progressive financial accounting and analysis experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting.
- Analytical mindset; ability to build and maintain business relationships.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and proactive idea generation.
- Location: Jacksonville, FL; up to 10% travel.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience partnering with and presenting to senior leadership.
- Ability to clearly articulate sophisticated financial information.
- SAP and Anaplan knowledge.
