Operations
Main Responsibilities
- Provide operational excellence and strategic support to ensure seamless execution of product and portfolio sales strategy.
- Support Regional Sales Directors and the Head of Commercial Excellence by reviewing key business updates, daily meetings, and major focus projects; determine needed preparations, deliverables, planning, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Lead and coordinate national and regional business planning and business review processes; identify and hold the matrix team accountable to local Critical Business Priorities.
- Partner with BO&S to improve insights and analytics needs and advance an integrated omnichannel approach.
- Pull and analyze call activity data and complete ad hoc analyses as required.
- Develop and lead national implementation of brand/marketing strategies (account initiatives, POA, field tactics).
- Support project management of special projects aligned to key organizational priorities.
- Embed new ways of working and elevate execution.
- Define and drive collaborative ways of working between field sales, hospital sales, and account management.
- Lead national pull-through initiatives and monitor plan for success.
- Define national KPIs with Head of Ped sales and Head of Commercial Excellence; lead pull-through efforts.
- Develop insights on regional performance trends using consistent KPIs to ensure metrics are met.
- Identify and share best practices to multiply usage and implementation nationwide.
- Support business operations excellence.
- Drive Sales Force Effectiveness through 1:1 dialogues with Field Leadership to identify performance gaps and drivers.
- Support operations and execution of POA meetings and other relevant sales meetings.

About You (Qualifications)
- BA/BS from an accredited school (required).
- Ability to influence without authority a matrix team (Sales, BO&S, digital, Marketing).
- Ability to work with the home office.
- Experience leading or working on multi-level operational plans or key projects.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing strategy; ability to deliver support and solutions.
- Change-agent mindset; willingness to challenge status quo and drive transformation.
- Strategic and analytic skills to translate complex data into action plans.
- Effective communication and change agility.
- Ability to travel to the home office and key sales meetings.

Preferred Qualifications
- Focus on business, life sciences, or public health.
- 3+ years of field leadership experience with home office/operations/commercial excellence.
- Experience in both marketing and a sales-related function.
- Demonstrated use of change management strategies.
- Ability to manage conflict with composure.
