Manager, Commercial Effectiveness

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain CRM data integrity and accuracy across global commercial teams.
- Generate dashboards, KPI reports, and ad-hoc sales analyses (pipeline health, sales performance, key trends).
- Track sales process performance (pipeline progression, opportunity conversion rates, sales cycle time) and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to optimize territory, process, and performance and support data-driven growth.
- Document and manage business requirements for CRM enhancements; configure and test CRM functionalities with the IT/CX CRM team.
- Standardize and maintain sales process documentation and workflows.
- Support rollout, user adoption, and training for new CRM features and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Customer Experience (CX) CRM, Marketing, and other stakeholders to align CRM tools and analytics with business objectives.
- Manage and develop a small Commercial Effectiveness team (guidance, objectives, and team culture).

Requirements (Education and Experience):
- 5+ years in sales operations, sales analytics, or similar commercial operations roles (preferably life sciences/biotech).
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field; masterโ€™s a plus.
- Hands-on CRM experience (especially Salesforce.com) and CRM/sales process improvement projects.
- Experience creating dashboards and/or business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau) highly desirable.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; translate sales data into actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, CRM best practices, and pipeline metrics.
- Commitment to data quality and governance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration in a global, matrixed organization.
- Self-motivated; manage projects and influence without authority.
- Continuous improvement mindset; customer-first.
- English required; additional languages preferred.
- Travel required (10%).
