Commercial Director, LUMAKRAS Brand Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
- Shape brand strategy post-launch with the full brand team, Brand Lead, and cross-functional partners.
- Oversee development of promotional tactics; use market research/agency insights to create unbranded and branded marketing collateral.
- Manage evolution of HCP messaging and communications to keep LUMAKRAS differentiated in the KRAS G12C inhibitor class.
- Lead peer-to-peer strategy; oversee speaker bureau operations and evolution of speaker program content.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership, MAC partners, Medical, Payer/Access, Corporate Communications, operational teams, Global, and Commercial Data Analytics & Insight.
- Engage customers/opinion leaders (conferences and interactions) for real-time marketing input.
- Partner with sales leadership to align strategy/execution; troubleshoot barriers; help train sales teams.
- Represent in organizational initiatives to build capabilities and share best practices for engaging HCPs.
- Manage legal/regulatory/medical review and approval of materials for compliant communications.
- Oversee budgets and monitor performance to meet brand goals cost-effectively.
- Hire, retain, and coach direct reports; build a culture of dedication, accountability, and innovation.
- Present strategic/marketing plans to senior leadership and conduct ongoing performance reviews.

Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate + 4 years marketing, OR Masterโ€™s + 6 years marketing, OR Bachelorโ€™s + 9 years marketing.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Advanced degree (MBA/MS/PhD/MD) in relevant areas; biotech/pharma oncology/hematology/rare disease experience.
- Strong oncology marketplace knowledge; account marketing/sales experience; analytics strength.
- Experience with companion diagnostics; translating market research and real-world/clinical/regulatory data.
- Promotions legal/regulatory environment knowledge (MAC experience, compliance SOPs).
- Entrepreneurial mindset; strong ethics/judgment; excellent communication; cross-functional leadership; end-to-end ownership.
