Commercial AI and Analytics Engagement Director (AI, DS, Analytics)
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Lead analytics team supporting the Commercial function; partner with AI/Data Science experts and Commercial IT to ensure end-to-end delivery across the commercial project portfolio.
- People management: coach/develop team members; create opportunities for skills building and knowledge sharing.
- Manage delivery to build trust/credibility by demonstrating measurable value.
- Partner with commercial business teams, commercial IT, and the broader organization to align priorities, remove barriers, represent execution plans and resourcing needs, and drive execution excellence.
- Co-create how Analytics strategy fits within broader enterprise AI and Data Science strategy.
- Develop talent and strengthen the analytics community through collaboration, learning, and cross-team partnership.
Desired Experience and Skills:
- 5+ years technical people management; 5β7+ years in a commercial environment; 5+ years in analytics/data science/AI with delivery/build understanding.
- Strong knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), omnichannel, and commercial data.
- Influence stakeholders and drive alignment in a matrix organization.
- Solve business challenges with data; deliver measurable value.
- Build and lead analytics communities/networks.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; work through ambiguity; translate insights to business context.
- Excellent communication for non-technical audiences.
Education Requirement:
- BS/degree in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field.
