Codeflow Enterprise Program Manager

Role: Enterprise Program Manager overseeing GE HealthCare's software development transformation, focusing on the Codeflow initiative and broader enterprise adoption. Responsibilities: develop and manage integrated program plans, establish operating mechanisms, coordinate cross-functional activities (engineering, quality, regulatory, cybersecurity, commercial), support Intelerad integration, ensure clear scope and accountability, track program health, facilitate stakeholder communication, and enable adoption and change management. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or related field; 8+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs in regulated healthcare tech or enterprise transformation; strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and regulated quality systems; experience collaborating with senior technical and business leaders. Preferred: advanced degrees, program management certification, experience with regulated medical software, SaMD/SiMD, TIR45, and digital NPI processes.
