Coating Operator I -2nd Shift

Position: Entry Level Coating Operator

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate tablet coating equipment per SOPs and cGMP; perform coating process per production batch record and follow Good Documentation Practices.
- Observe machine gauges and equipment calibration status; report deviations to Coating Supervisor.
- Operate auxiliary equipment used in loading coating pans.
- Clean and organize coating room; check/verify weight of tablets received from Compression and report deviations.
- Weigh and divide coating solution into parts per production batch record.
- Check/verify coating material dispensed by Pharmacy before preparing coating solution per batch record.
- Other duties as assigned; flexible to work extended hours when required.

Schedule:
- 2nd Shift (3:30 PM–12:00 AM), Monday–Friday

Qualifications:
- Education: High School or GED (preferred).
- Experience: 1+ year in pharmaceuticals manufacturing environment.
- Required: Successful completion of an OSHA-compliant Respirator Fit Test.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- $1500 sign-on bonus.
- Hourly base salary: $18.00–$22.00/hour.
