Role: Immuno-Oncology Research Co-op supporting mRNA-based cancer therapies at Moderna, focusing on cell and molecular biology techniques to advance immunotherapy research. Responsibilities: conduct experiments involving primary cell isolation, cell culture, ELISA/MSD assays, flow cytometry, and tissue processing; analyze data; present findings; maintain lab safety and documentation. Requirements: enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's STEM program; prior lab or co-op experience preferred; technical skills in mammalian tissue culture, protein detection, assay troubleshooting, and flow cytometry advantageous; self-motivated with strong communication skills. Preferred: GPA β‰₯3.5; ability to work independently and in teams; keen attention to detail; interest in immuno-oncology.
