Co-op, Field Medical Excellence

Role: Temporary Co-Op supporting Biogen's North America Medical Field Medical Capability and Operational Excellence team from January to June 2027. Responsibilities: assist with Field Medical onboarding program implementation, maintain operational resources, support MSL skills development, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives involving stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and leadership communications. Requirements: currently enrolled in BS, Master’s, PharmD, or PhD in life sciences, pharmacy, or related fields; strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills; proactive and adaptable mindset; legal work authorization in the U.S.; at least 18 years old. HighValue: exposure to pharmaceutical/biotech industry, Medical Affairs, organizational development, project management, stakeholder collaboration, and operational excellence; focus on improving Field Medical effectiveness across therapeutic areas. WorkSetup: internship position with pay range $23-$33/hour, remote or hybrid options, no travel specified.
