Role: Co-op in CMC Development at Moderna supporting process development of mRNA medicines. Responsibilities: perform laboratory experiments, analyze data, support process scale-up, technology transfer, and manufacturing at Moderna and external sites; participate in designing experiments, establishing process control strategies, optimizing formulation stability, reviewing literature, and creating models; collaborate with analytical teams and produce technical reports. Requirements: current enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters program in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Bioengineering, related fields; strong scientific, engineering, and laboratory skills; eligible to work full-time in the U.S. without sponsorship. Preferred: GPA of 3.5+, demonstrated teamwork, strong communication skills.
