Role: Six-month student co-op in Antibody Discovery supporting neurodegenerative disease programs. Responsibilities: perform experiments to characterize and optimize antibody drug candidates, including cell culture, molecular cloning, PCR, qRT-PCR, ELISA, MSD, flow cytometry, and biophysical assays; contribute to nominating lead biologics and validating clinical targets. Requirements: pursuing a PhD or Master's in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related; experience with cell culture, molecular biology, protein binding assays, flow cytometry; familiarity with Python, HPC, and machine learning tools preferred. HighValue: antibody therapeutics, neurodegenerative and neuromuscular indications, in vitro biophysical and cell-based assays, computational modeling, AI/ML skills, early-stage drug discovery.
