CNS/Neuroscience, ADHD Territory Sales Representative - Montgomery AL

Role: The ADHD Specialist is responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets within their designated territory by executing tailored sales strategies. Core responsibilities include developing business and call plans, engaging Healthcare Professionals and staff through face-to-face, virtual, or phone interactions, analyzing local market dynamics, and leveraging resources such as payer access tools. They serve as a knowledgeable resource on disease state, treatment, and competition, while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to improve market access. The role also involves industry participation, relationship building, and compliance adherence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; 2-4 years of pharmaceutical or life sciences sales experience, preferably in specialty areas such as neuroscience, psychiatry, or ADHD/pediatric psychiatry. Proven account-based selling skills and familiarity with formulary pull-through strategies, prior authorization processes, and market access support are preferred.
