CNS/Neuroscience, ADHD Territory Sales Representative - Montgomery AL

Role: ADHD Specialist responsible for achieving sales targets within a defined territory for Collegium's neuropsychiatry products. Responsibilities include executing territory-specific sales strategies, engaging healthcare providers via face-to-face, virtual, and phone interactions, analyzing local market dynamics, developing business and call plans aligned with national objectives, and staying informed on payer access environments. The role emphasizes building relationships, understanding disease states and treatment options, and collaborating internally and externally to optimize market access and brand awareness. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 2-4 years of pharmaceutical or life sciences sales experience, preferably in neuroscience, psychiatry, or specialty sales; strong account-based selling skills; familiarity with formulary pull-through strategies and prior authorization processes; valid driver’s license. Preferred: experience in specialty markets, including ADHD or pediatric psychiatry. The position demands high-performance behaviors, strategic thinking, relationship-building, and adherence to compliance standards. The role is field-based, requiring consistent travel within the territory. Salary range: $115,000-$150,000 USD.
