CNS/Neuroscience, ADHD Territory Sales Representative - Framingham MA

Role: ADHD Specialist responsible for driving sales within a designated territory through strategic execution of sales activities, including face-to-face, virtual, and phone engagement with healthcare providers. Objectives: meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by promoting Collegium’s neuropsychiatry medications, primarily in ADHD and pediatric psychiatry. Responsibilities: develop and implement territory business plans, analyze local market dynamics, optimize payer access strategies, and build relationships with key stakeholders; stay informed on disease state, treatment approaches, and competitor landscape; ensure compliance and leverage business tools for strategic planning. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 2-4 years of pharmaceutical or life sciences sales experience with specialty or neuroscience focus preferred; strong account-based selling skills and understanding of formulary pull-through and prior authorization processes; valid driver’s license.
