Responsibilities: operate CNC mills/lathes per drawings/specs; conduct post-machining fabrication and finishing; inspect parts with measurement tools; read blueprints; perform routine machine maintenance; ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality standards; document production activities; collaborate with production and engineering teams for process improvements. Requirements: high school diploma or technical training; 0β2+ years manufacturing experience or mechanical aptitude; ability to interpret technical drawings; experience with hand/power tools; detail-oriented; capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Preferred: fabrication, carpentry, or welding experience.
