CNC Machine Operator Entry Level I

Role: CNC Machine Operator responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, and surface grinders in a manufacturing environment. Objectives: ensure production runs smoothly, maintain quality, and improve processes. Responsibilities: perform machine setups, handle raw materials per GMP standards, monitor equipment, conduct dimensional inspections with micrometers and gage blocks, document processes, troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and suggest process improvements. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; technical training or CNC certification is a plus; proven experience with CNC machinery; knowledge of GMP principles; proficiency with measurement tools; strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
