CNC Machine Operator Entry Level I

Role: CNC Machine Operator responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, and surface grinders to support production. Objectives: ensure efficient, accurate manufacturing of medical device components within GMP guidelines. Responsibilities: perform machine setups, handle raw materials, monitor operations, conduct dimensional quality checks using precision tools, document processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, perform routine maintenance, and suggest process improvements. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, proven experience with CNC machinery, knowledge of GMP principles, skilled in measurement tools like micrometers and gage blocks, detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, able to work independently and collaborate effectively, good communication skills. Preferred: technical training or certification in CNC machining.
