CMC Program Lead, Commercial Radiochemistry

Role: CMC Program Lead responsible for radiopharmaceutical manufacturing and development for Telix's late-stage oncology assets, ensuring readiness for commercial launch and lifecycle management. Responsibilities: develop and execute CMC strategies for radiochemistry products, coordinate with internal teams and external manufacturing partners, oversee timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation, facilitate vendor selection, and manage cross-functional project teams across regulatory, quality, supply chain, and clinical functions. Qualifications: BA/BS in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years in radiopharmaceutical or biopharma CMC, including 2+ years in project management; strong regulatory knowledge (FDA and global), experience working with CDMOs, and proficiency with project management tools (MS Office, SAP, MS Project). High-Value: expertise in radiopharmaceuticals, late clinical-stage development, CMC strategy execution, global regulatory compliance, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
