Role: CMC Lead for Launch Product in Small Molecules, overseeing scientific and operational aspects of a key marketed asset within Takeda's small molecule portfolio. Responsibilities: lead global cross-functional teams in lifecycle management, develop strategic CMC plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive innovation in manufacturing processes and digital data solutions. Represent CMC in global product teams, make key development and lifecycle decisions, and coordinate with internal and external manufacturing sites. Requirements: bachelor’s in engineering or life sciences; 10-15 years in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing; experience in global, matrixed organizations; strong strategic, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a focus on manufacturing innovation and digital transformation.
