Operations
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead collaboration with Global Project Management, Clinical Development, and CMC to define clinical assumptions and CMC hypotheses to forecast clinical demand.
- Forecast long-range plan demand based on cross-interface assumptions.
- Consolidate non-clinical and clinical demand and propagate to M&S Global Supply Chain.
- Integrate development demand and align with operational plans (CMC, CSO, TMED, DMPK, PCS) and regulatory submission/approval plans.
- Run forecast/alignment scenarios including risks and costs to support strategic decisions and budget definition.
- Co-lead the Demand & Supply sub-team; ensure end-to-end supply optimization with key stakeholders.
- Define best sourcing and supply strategy for marketed products/comparators (forecast and budget).
- Lead drug product blinding strategy for trial product indistinguishability.
- Ensure DS/DP batches allocation to IMP batches; oversee material flow and documentation to support on-time product delivery to packaging sites.
- Provide reporting/KPIs to monitor and improve supply performance.
- Prepare project documents/meetings using standard Demand & Supply reports.
- Support transversal simplification and harmonization initiatives.
Qualifications:
- PhD in relevant sciences/pharmacy/engineering OR MS OR BS in relevant fields.
- PhD: 3+ years; MS: 5+ years; BS: 8+ years in R&D or Clinical Development.
- 2+ years Demand Management in R&D in Oncology, Immuno-inflammation, Rare Disease, Neurology, or Multiple Sclerosis.
- CMC experience; knowledge of GMP/GCP; data analytics and forecasting; project management experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Diverse modality development; strong knowledge of project development/clinical supply chain/CMC/R&D-M&S interfaces.
- PMI certification; Power BI/Power App; co-development/contract management; industrial supply chain principles; strong interpersonal/transversal collaboration; ability to act as a referent; ability to work under pressure; team management (plus).
