Operations
Main Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration with Global Project Management, Clinical Development, and CMC to define assumptions/hypotheses and forecast Clinical Demand.
- Forecast Long Range Plan Demand; consolidate non-clinical/clinical demand and propagate to Global Supply Chain.
- Integrate Development Demand with operational plans (CMC, CSO, TMED, DMPK, PCS) and regulatory submission/approval plans.
- Run forecast/alignment scenarios with risks and costs to support decisions and budgeting.
- Co-lead Demand & Supply sub-team to ensure end-to-end supply optimization.
- Define best sourcing/supply strategy for marketed products/comparators (forecast and budget).
- Lead drug product blinding strategy; ensure DS/DP batch allocation to IMP batches and on-time delivery to packaging sites; oversee material flow/documentation.
- Provide reporting/KPIs to monitor and improve supply performance.
- Prepare project documents/meetings with standard Demand & Supply reports.
- Support simplification/harmonization initiatives.
Qualifications
- PhD (or PharmD/Engineer) in relevant sciences; or MS; or BS in relevant fields.
- Experience: PhD 3+ years; MS 5+ years; BS 8+ years in R&D or Clinical Development.
- At least 2 years Demand Management in R&D in Oncology, Immuno-inflammation, Rare Disease, Neurology, or Multiple Sclerosis.
- CMC experience; knowledge of GMP/GCP; data analytics/forecasting; project management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diverse modality experience; strong knowledge of R&D/M&S/Clinical Supply Chain/CMC interfaces.
- PMI certification; Power BI/Power App; co-development/contract integration; industrial supply chain principles; strong interpersonal/networking; able to act as departmental referent; work under pressure; team management (plus).
