What Youโll Do
- Lead the architectural strategy for Public Cloud platforms AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Develop and maintain architecture standards, best practices, and guidelines.
- Create and communicate detailed platform and solution architecture documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement of domain technology tools and platforms.
- Leverage new technologies to address business challenges.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, driving effective IT solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance to development teams to ensure quality and manage technical debt.
- Build and maintain partnerships with IT stakeholders to maximize business value.
- Collaborate with Cloud Engineers to develop cost-efficient and secure cloud solutions.
- Ensure cloud solutions align with standard architecture.
- Guide application solutions to achieve the most cost-efficient architecture.
Required Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelorโs Degree in Computer Science (or related field).
- 7+ years of IT experience.
- 5+ years of cloud computing experience.
- Strong domain knowledge of AWS and Azure.
- Proficiency in architectural principles and cloud architecture development.
- Ability to integrate multiple infrastructure stacks.
- Fluency in IaaS/PaaS, Serverless, Containers, OS, Compute, Storage, Network, Security.
- Scripting/programming: Python, PERL, PHP, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible.
- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD.
- Experience with tools: CrowdStrike, Atlassian, GitHub, Jira.
Preferred Skills
- Experience leading strategic cloud initiatives.
- Ability to mentor teams in reliability engineering and customer-oriented delivery.
- Strong understanding of security and compliance standards in cloud environments.
