Role: Cloud Operations Engineer supporting Azure cloud infrastructure, focusing on deployment, management, and optimization of production environments. Responsibilities include ensuring system availability, performance, security, governance, and scalability; managing system configurations, troubleshooting issues, validating new deployments, and implementing monitoring solutions. The engineer contributes to architecture recommendations and process improvements, participates in on-call rotations, and supports automation tools. Qualifications: 2+ years supporting Azure environments, 3+ years in complex datacenter/public cloud support, Azure DevOps or related certification preferred, strong communication skills, and experience with cloud networking, IaC (e.g., Bicep, Terraform), and Windows/Linux OS management. High-value: Azure cloud platform, production environment management, automation, security, CI/CD pipelines, multi-region disaster recovery, and cross-functional collaboration. Work setup: primarily remote with on-call responsibilities.
