Clinical Trials Manager, Early Phase Oncology (Office Based)

Role: Clinical Trials Manager (CTM) supporting Gilead's Early Phase Oncology pipeline, responsible for end-to-end operational management of early-phase oncology trials. Key duties include coordinating study activities, vendor oversight, ensuring study timelines, and document review. Contributes to study budgeting, CRO/vendor selection, data review, and study reports. May assist with scientific communication and training. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or Master's with 3+ years in a relevant scientific discipline, CRO/Pharma experience, and oncology trial expertise. Preferred: experience in early development/early phase oncology. High-value: oncology, early-phase trials, CRO/vendor management, GCP/ICH/FDA regulation knowledge, and trial coordination. Work setup: office-based in Foster City, CA or Parsippany, NJ; travel required.
