Role: The Director, Medical Evidence Generation (MEG) Clinical Trial Physician (CTP) in Cell Therapy at Bristol Myers Squibb oversees clinical evidence generation for the cell therapy portfolio, including Medical Affairs Sponsored studies (MAST). Responsibilities: provide medical and clinical oversight for interventional and non-interventional studies aligned with Integrated Evidence Plans, collaborate on protocol and ICF development, support study execution, monitor safety and data review, and engage in external stakeholder relationships. Lead and support cross-functional teams, ensure GCP compliance, and contribute to scientific and medical education efforts. Qualifications: MD degree with 2-3 years clinical trial experience, strategic leadership experience of 5-10 years in pharma, with expertise in drug development, medical affairs, or cell therapy clinical development preferred. Skills include strong communication, leadership in matrix environments, and experience with cell therapy, early or late-stage development, and global trial oversight.
