Role: The Clinical Trial Navigator (CTN) is a Registered Nurse supporting Caris Life Sciences by acting as a liaison between the company and physicians ordering molecular profiling. The primary goal is to facilitate clinical trial opportunities for patients through review of genomic data, prescreening eligibility, and coordinating referrals. Responsibilities include outreach to clinicians, building relationships with sites, evaluating trial eligibility, communicating key trial information, tracking patient statuses, and coordinating referrals via Caris' RIT Network or sponsor sites. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to support clinical trial activities. Requirements include an active RN license, at least five years of oncology nursing and research experience (preferably in oncology trials), excellent communication skills, and familiarity with molecular profiling and precision oncology. Preferred qualifications include a BSN or higher, Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential, experience with industry-sponsored trials, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. The position is remote, with minimal travel (<5%). The annual salary range is $95,000–$110,000, with a comprehensive benefits package. The role emphasizes supporting cancer and broader disease research, leveraging molecular insights, and facilitating patient access to clinical trials, aligned with Caris' mission to advance personalized medicine.
