Role: The Clinical Trial Navigator (CTN) is a Registered Nurse responsible for facilitating patient enrollment in clinical trials by liaising with physicians, reviewing molecular data, and coordinating referral processes. Objectives include supporting trial opportunities, prescreening patient eligibility, and maintaining relationships with clinical sites. Responsibilities encompass outreach to physicians, assessing trial eligibility using genomic and clinical data, communicating trial details, tracking patient statuses, and coordinating referrals via Caris’ RIT Network or sponsor sites. Requirements: Active RN license, at least five years of oncology nursing and research experience (preferably in oncology trials), strong communication skills. Preferred: BSN or higher, Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), experience with molecular profiling and industry-sponsored trials, familiarity with CROs/SMOs and Microsoft 365. High-value specifics: Oncology focus, molecular profiling, precision oncology, supporting clinical trial workflows, remote work setup with minimal travel (<5%). Collaboration involves internal teams supporting commercial and business functions. Location: Remote-based with a need for a private, secure workspace; minimal travel.
