Role: Clinical Trial Manager responsible for leading and coordinating the operational aspects of global or regional clinical trials in accordance with ICH-GCP and local regulations. Objectives include ensuring study deliverables—such as site selection, patient recruitment, and data collection—are met on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities encompass developing study plans, managing vendor relationships, overseeing trial documentation, tracking budgets and milestones, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience and 3 years in clinical operations; preferred experience includes study management and vendor oversight. Skills: strong communication, planning, organizational abilities, and knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines; ability to build global relationships and travel domestically and internationally.
