Clinical Trial Manager

Role: Lead end-to-end operational management of Phase II-III clinical trials in a biotech setting, ensuring study quality, compliance, and efficiency. Responsibilities: independently oversee trial startup, execution, CRO/vendor oversight, study documentation, patient recruitment, and risk mitigation; manage budgets, contracts, and regulatory compliance; support data analysis and stakeholder communication. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences or related field; 5+ years in clinical trial management within pharma, biotech, or CROs; experience with electronic patient-reported outcomes (eCOA) systems; strong knowledge of GCP, FDA, ICH; ability to travel up to 20%. Preferred: advanced degrees (MSc, Ph.D., PharmD, MD), experience in women's health, pain, immunology, or dermatology studies. High-Value: focus on clinical trial operations, global scope, regulatory adherence, patient safety, and cross-functional collaboration. Work setup: US-based, hybrid/remote eligible, with domestic travel.
