Clinical Trial Manager

Role: Clinical Trial Manager supporting clinical study operations within a biopharma setting, reporting to a Clinical Operations Manager. Objectives: ensure efficient delivery, compliance, and quality of low to medium complexity clinical trials, primarily in oncology. Responsibilities: manage site activities, oversee vendor relationships, monitor patient enrollment and site performance, review regulatory documents, support data management activities, and coordinate meetings and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in a scientific field, 5+ years industry experience with at least 2 years in trial management, preferably in oncology. Skills: thorough knowledge of ICH GCP, clinical trial processes, and proficiency with EDC, CTMS, and eTMF systems; strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Preferred: experience in oncology trials, familiarity with regulatory standards, and ability to travel 10-20%. High-Value: clinical trial management, oncology focus, trial start-up through study closure, GCP compliance, vendor oversight, trial documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
