Clinical Trial Manager

Role: Clinical Trial Manager overseeing operational aspects of clinical trials within Omeros' biotech pipeline, including managing study timelines, budgets, and team personnel. Responsibilities: coordinate with vendors and study sites, develop and review trial documents, oversee compliance with GCP and regulatory standards, and facilitate CRO interactions. Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure timely study execution. Qualifications: bachelor's degree in a relevant life science, minimum 5 years' clinical trial management experience with supervisory roles, familiarity with FDA/ICH regulations, and vendor management skills. Preferred: experience with GxP, clinical operations in biotech/pharma, and team leadership.
