Clinical Trial Manager

Role: Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) overseeing operational execution of clinical trials in bladder cancer immunotherapy at CG Oncology. Responsibilities: manage day-to-day trial activities, oversee CRO/vendor performance, ensure compliance with timelines, quality, and regulations; support site management, data review, risk mitigation, and study documentation; coordinate study start-up, conduct, and closeout; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Regulatory; monitor budgets and study metrics; ensure inspection readiness and quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's in life sciences or health-related field; 5+ years in clinical research, including 2+ in trial management or study leadership, preferably in oncology or sponsor-side environments; experience supporting all trial phases, with global trial exposure preferred; ability to travel ~25% domestically and internationally; professional certification (e.g., ACRP, SOCRA) preferred. High-Value: Oncology (bladder cancer), immunotherapy, clinical trial management, study start-up to closeout, CRO/vendor oversight, remote work with travel.
