Clinical Trial Manager

Role: Lead clinical operations for oncology trials from First in Human through Phase III, ensuring successful trial execution. Responsibilities: manage day-to-day trial activities, collaborate on operational strategies, develop and track timelines and budgets, oversee CRO/vendor selection and performance, ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards, and contribute to study documentation and data review. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in health/life sciences; 5+ years of progressive clinical trial management experience, preferably in oncology, with expertise in FDA, ICH/GCP guidelines, and cross-functional team leadership.
