Role: Clinical Trial Associate supporting operational aspects of Janux Therapeutics' clinical development programs. Responsibilities include trial start-up through closeout, partner coordination with Clinical Trial Managers, CROs, vendors, and investigative sites, overseeing study documentation and TMFs, tracking study metrics, and ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines and internal SOPs. The role involves managing study logistics, documentation review, communication facilitation among stakeholders, and support for audit preparedness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field; minimum 2+ years in clinical research supporting Phase I-IV trials, ideally within autoimmune, immunology, or oncology indications. Skills: working knowledge of clinical trial systems (eTMF, CTMS, EDC), strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience supporting GxP-regulated environments and familiarity with regulatory documentation and study workflows are preferred. High-value specifics include focus on early to late-phase clinical trials, with an emphasis on trial documentation and operational support in a biotech setting. The role reports to Clinical Trial Managers, offers hybrid work arrangements with onsite preference in San Diego, and involves minimal travel (0-10%).
