Clinical Trial Associate

Role: Clinical Trial Associate supporting Alto Neuroscience's precision psychiatry clinical trials. Responsibilities include managing study documentation, assisting with trial start-up, close-out, and reporting, coordinating vendor supplies, tracking study materials, supporting regulatory activities such as TMF management and posting to Clinicaltrials.gov, and liaising with sites. Requirements: Bachelor’s in science, nursing, or equivalent; knowledge of FDA/EMA regulations, ICH GCP guidelines; experience with EDC, TMF platforms, and clinical trial management; strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred: risk-based monitoring experience, global trial exposure. High-Value: early-phase (likely Phase 1/2) neuroscience-based therapeutics, in-house role at Mountain View, CA, with up to 10% travel. Work setup: in-office environment.
