Role: Clinical Trial Associate supporting early-phase hematologic disease studies at Disc Medicine. Responsibilities: manage day-to-day clinical study activities, collaborate with Clinical Trial Managers, vendors, and CROs; prepare and review study documentation; ensure audit-readiness of trial files; coordinate sample logistics and site start-up activities; support study timelines, budgets, and trial updates; and assist with regulatory document submissions. Requirements: BA/BS, understanding of FDA and ICH GCP guidelines, proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, initiative, and organizational skills; experience in clinical project teams. Preferred: experience in early-phase (Ph1) oncology or hematology trials, familiarity with clinical data management and monitoring, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
