Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage Clinical Training Program (CTP) event types per the Reference Manual for CTPs.
- Ensure healthcare professionals receive instructions and training for use of the birth control implant product; only licensed healthcare professionals who completed training are eligible to order the product.
- Instruct healthcare professionals on reviewing the prescribing label and provide hands-on simulation of insertion, localization, removal, and reinsertion.
- Execute regulatory guidelines for CTPs, including program disclosure and identification of Organon-engaged trainers.
- Organize the end-to-end process to set up, execute, and complete a CTP event.
- Collaborate with the CTP team, training-request points of contact, and the Clinical Account Specialist sales team, Regional Manager, and other commercial team members.
- Collaborate with a third-party vendor.

Required Education/Experience:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- 1–2 years professional experience in sales, healthcare, life sciences, or a scientific field.
- High customer service; experience supporting field sales or healthcare providers; event planning/training coordination.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of compliance-related concepts for pharmaceutical/vaccine marketing and sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Territory/Travel:
- Colorado, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and west Texas; required to live in/near the geographic region.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
