Position
The Women’s Health Clinical Training Program Field Specialists (CTPFS) execute and manage event types within the Clinical Training Programs (CTPs), following activities and policies in the Reference Manual for CTPs. Collaborate with women’s health professionals, academic centers, organizations, and business partners.

Responsibilities
- Deliver training for licensed healthcare professionals on procedures for use of a birth control implant product; only trained/licensed professionals may order the product.
- Instruct healthcare professionals to review the prescribing label and complete hands-on simulation of insertion, localization, removal, and reinsertion.
- Execute regulatory guidelines for CTPs, including required disclosures about the program and engaged trainers.
- Organize the end-to-end process to set up, execute, and complete CTP events.
- Collaborate with the CTP team, training request points of contact, Clinical Account Specialist sales team, Regional Manager, and other commercial team members.
- Coordinate with a third-party vendor.

Required Education/Experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Experience/Skills
- 1–2 years professional experience (sales, healthcare, life sciences, or scientific field).
- Customer service experience; support field sales/healthcare providers; event planning or training coordination.
- Exceptional attention to detail; ability to prioritize.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of compliance-related concepts for pharmaceutical/vaccine marketing and sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Additional/Work Conditions
- Territory: Colorado, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and west Texas; required to live in/near the region.
- Possible travel up to 50%.
